Territory Sales Manager (South Central)

MDR Fertility Pharmacy is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help us grow our business in the South Central region, which includes the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Missouri. Licensed Pharmacy Technicians

MDR Fertility Pharmacy is looking for experienced Licensed Pharmacy Technicians to join the team in our Encino Pharmacy. With a specialty in infertility, we believe that together, we help families make their dreams come true. Our patients are the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we strive to improve our services. We would love to hear from you if you share our passion, commitment and are looking to develop a career in a growing specialty pharmacy operation. Both full-time and part-time positions are currently available.

Patient Experience Supervisor

MDR Encino Pharmacy is looking for a Patient Experience Supervisor to facilitate the delivery of exceptional care and service to our patients. Here at MDR Encino Pharmacy we specialize in fertility medications and are dedicated to helping our patients realize their dreams of starting a family. The role of the Patient Experience Supervisor is critical to ensuring that our service is agile, timely and best in class. The ideal candidate will possess the interpersonal skills to connect with and build relationships with our team and the analytical skills to leverage data to improve the patient experience. This role will provide the opportunity to grow in responsibility over time and join an amazing team dedicated to serving our patients and their families.

Shift: Monday – Friday and 2 Saturdays per month

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring productivity of the pharmacy by overseeing daily call volume, hold times, prescription input/output and other KPI’s.
  • Conducting random call audits to ensure MDR’s service standards are being met, and patients and clinics are treated with the highest level of care.
  • Analyzing call center and prescription data from MDR’s systems and implementing changes to improve team and individual performance.
  • Conducting weekly 1-on-1 sit downs with team leads to review team performance.
  • Working with the Operations Manager to identify underperforming members of the team and participating in the implementation of performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Helping fill gaps during peak hours and/or when inadequately staffed by making or taking calls.
  • Conducting monthly patient experience reviews and present report with key metrics to senior leadership, along with recommending action items.
  • Assisting in the implementation and adherence of SOPs and process improvements to enhance the level of service provided.
  • Building collaborative relationships with supervisors and leads of other departments to improve overall efficiency in the pharmacy.
  • Actively seeking and providing opportunities for team building and positive cultural development.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of prior experience supervising a team
  • Call center management experience preferred, not required

Required Skills Include:

  • Strong computer and internet proficiency in a technology-driven environment, including knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of KPI development and implementation
  • Experience motivating a team and effecting change
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to solve a variety of challenges.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
