Required Qualifications:

  • Current CA Pharmacy Technician license in good standing with the board

    ***Customer Service and Receptionist/Phone Operator in Encino Location***

    Immediate opening for polished, professional and pleasant individuals to work full-time, 40 hours per week – Monday to Saturday schedule. Looking for someone in who is a master phone operator, organizer, patient, can handle multiple phone lines, high call volume operator with great computer skills. Need to be able to multitask, work under pressure, and be precise. Needs to be able to communicate and assist our patients confidently.

    Backs up Operator and operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. If you possess the following qualities, please submit your CV for consideration.

    Customer Service Representatives must possess 5 years solid phone experience and love to talk on the phone. You will process orders over the phone and be comfortable in a call center environment. Must type 45-50 wpm.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose, and forwards to appropriate personnel or department using excellent customer service skills. Retrieves messages from main voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel. Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
    • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of facility.
    • Answers basic questions
    • Maintain fax/printer, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
    • Creates logs and prints various reports and other documents as necessary.
    • Performs other clerical duties as needed and for other departments, such as filing, photocopying, collating and other miscellaneous duties.
    • Tidy and maintain reception area.

    ***Licensed Clinical Pharmacist Needed ***

    Great opportunity available for a team player who is organized, proactive and detail oriented to work in an active pharmacy. We are a fast past, high volume, demanding Pharmacy. We currently have a Licensed Pharmacist Position available for a person with the flexibility of working in both of our locations (Encino & Westwood). This is a Full Time Position that requires open availability Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm.

    Skills/Qualifications:
    Seeking a pharmacist who is organized, proactive, detailed and people oriented with great communication skills. Must be dependable, responsible, and have a sense of creating a safe and effective work environment with an emphasis on details. Must have 1 year work experience in a pharmacy setting and we will train the right person.

    Duties:
    Consults with prescribers, nurses and health care professionals. Performs duties as assigned that fall within the federal or state law or regulation that authorizes only a registered pharmacist to perform and performs all functions which require professional judgment. Responsible for interpreting and clarifying medication orders and prescriptions, dispensing, and monitoring preparation. Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

    Requirements:
    A valid California Pharmacy License issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy.
